Job Summary

The AI Developer will build AI-powered components and workflow conversion tools using large language models (LLMs), programming languages, and enterprise integrations. The primary objective is to convert legacy Nintex workflow definitions into equivalent Microsoft Power Automate workflows.

The role involves prompt engineering, LLM API integration, parsing XML and JSON definitions, developing conversion engines, integrating with Microsoft Azure services, and validating the quality of AI-generated results.

Key Responsibilities

Develop AI and LLM components using schema-constrained outputs and prompt engineering.

Integrate LLM APIs such as Anthropic, OpenAI, and Azure OpenAI.

Build retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) or classification pipelines to map legacy workflow actions to modern equivalents.

Integrate solutions through REST APIs, webhooks, Azure CLI, Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) authentication flows, and Model Context Protocol (MCP) server endpoints.

Build and maintain a parsing and conversion engine using Node.js/TypeScript or Python.

Parse XML- and JSON-based Nintex workflow definitions and generate equivalent Power Automate flow logic.

Develop automated workflow validation tests and evaluation frameworks to measure AI output accuracy.

Identify and document unsupported conversions and cases that require manual review.

Apply software testing and quality-assurance practices to improve reliability.

Automated testing for workflow validation.

Application-level testing best practices.

Educational Qualifications
