Refund Policy

Overview

This policy applies to advertising services purchased on Art of Code. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

Ad Slot Purchases

Before Ad Approval

If your ad content is rejected and you choose not to resubmit:

• Full Refund Available: If we reject your ad slot entirely (e.g., content violates our policies and cannot be modified), you are eligible for a full refund.
• Partial Refund: If your ad content is rejected but you have the option to resubmit and choose not to, a partial refund may be available at our discretion.

After Ad Goes Live

Once your ad is approved and live:

• No Refunds: We do not offer refunds for ads that are already live and running.
• Early Termination: If you wish to remove your ad early, no refund will be provided for the remaining duration.

Refund Eligibility

How to Request a Refund

1. Email us at adithya@artofcode.in with subject line “Refund Request”
2. Include your order/purchase ID
3. Provide the email address used for purchase
4. Explain the reason for your refund request

We will review your request within 3-5 business days and respond with our decision.

Refund Processing

If your refund is approved:

• Refunds are processed to the original payment method
• Processing time: 5-10 business days
• You will receive email confirmation when the refund is initiated
• Bank processing times may vary

Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us first before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks may result in immediate termination of your account and removal of all active ads. We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks that we believe are unwarranted.

Free Services

All games, tools, and educational content on Art of Code are provided free of charge. As no payment is required for these services, no refunds apply.
