**AI Developer — Hitachi Solutions India Pvt. Ltd.**

Hitachi Solutions is seeking an AI Developer to build AI/LLM-powered components and a workflow conversion engine that translates legacy Nintex workflow definitions into equivalent Microsoft Power Automate flows.

The role involves prompt engineering with schema-constrained outputs, integration with Anthropic, OpenAI and Azure OpenAI APIs, and the development of retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) or classification pipelines. The developer will build parsing and conversion components using Node.js/TypeScript or Python, process XML/JSON-based workflow definitions, and integrate solutions through REST APIs, webhooks, Azure CLI, Azure AD authentication and Model Context Protocol (MCP) server endpoints.

Responsibilities also include automated workflow validation, evaluation harnesses for measuring model output fidelity, application-level testing, and documentation of unsupported or manually reviewed conversion cases. SharePoint and Microsoft 365 administration experience is an additional advantage.
