This role focuses on Digital Employee Experience (DEX), including operational dashboards, KPI reporting, employee communications, knowledge management, digital workplace adoption, project reporting and automation-outcome tracking.

Key responsibilities

• Reporting and analytics

Create and monitor operational dashboards and KPI reports.

Analyze trends and provide actionable insights.

Support monthly and quarterly business reviews.

Prepare adoption and value-realization reports.

• Employee communications and content

Create newsletters and awareness campaigns.

Develop content for Viva Engage, SharePoint and Microsoft 365.

Design infographics, success stories and adoption communications.

Coordinate DEX community events and communications.

Create AI success-story communications.

• Knowledge management and governance

Create and maintain knowledge articles and user guides.

Support knowledge governance and quality audits.

Monitor content effectiveness and user engagement.

Help develop training materials and learning content.

Maintain DEX documentation repositories.

• Project and delivery coordination

Track action items, risks, dependencies and milestones.

Prepare sprint metrics and delivery reports.

Track automation opportunities and business outcomes.

Assist with employee awareness and enablement campaigns.

• Digital employee experience

Support employee feedback and experience initiatives.

Assist with DEX surveys and sentiment reporting.

Track adoption of digital workplace solutions.

Maintain action logs and improvement plans
