Founders’ Office – Investor Relations & Growth

Decentro is hiring for a high-impact Founders’ Office role focused on Investor Relations, Strategy, and Growth. The role works directly with the founders on investor communication, fundraising support, market research, strategic partnerships, ecosystem development, and cross-functional execution. Responsibilities: - Manage investor communication, updates, follow-ups, and fundraising coordination. - Prepare investor reports, business performance summaries, board materials, and diligence documentation. - Maintain investor CRM, fundraising pipeline, and documentation systems. - Collaborate with founders and leadership teams on strategic initiatives and growth opportunities. - Coordinate cross-functional projects across Product, Engineering, Business, Finance, Legal, Compliance, and Marketing. - Support market-entry assessments, GTM planning, partnership development, and ecosystem engagement. - Conduct market, competitor, policy, and industry research. - Represent the company at fintech, banking, startup, and investor events. - Build relationships with industry stakeholders, partners, investors, and ecosystem players. - Draft policy submissions, consultation responses, briefing notes, and strategic reports.

Must Have: - 5–7 years of experience in Founders’ Office, Investor Relations, Strategy, Business Operations, Consulting, Corporate Development, Venture Capital, Investment Banking, Growth, Partnerships, or high-growth startups. - Strong experience in fintech, payments, banking, lending, API infrastructure, B2B SaaS, financial services, consulting, or related sectors. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Strong analytical, market research, and business-case development capabilities. - Ability to work with founders, investors, partners, and senior stakeholders. - Strong project management and cross-functional coordination skills. - High ownership, maturity, discretion, and execution excellence. - Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets and presentation tools. - Based in Bengaluru or willing to relocate. Nice to Have: - Experience supporting fundraising, investor relations, board reporting, or financial modeling. - Experience in venture-backed startups, VC funds, investment banks, or consulting firms. - Familiarity with India’s fintech and regulatory ecosystem. - MBA, CA, CFA, public policy qualification, or equivalent experience. - Experience with BI dashboards, SQL, CRM tools, and automation workflows.
