Prod Compliance Associate Sr, Brand Registry Operations

About the role

Amazon is seeking a detail-oriented, analytical and self-motivated candidate to join its Brand Registry Operations team. The role provides exposure to Amazon Marketplace operations and focuses on processing incoming requests accurately, following standard operating procedures (SOPs), meeting productivity goals and maintaining quality within service-level agreements (SLAs).

The candidate should be comfortable processing large amounts of data, generating and managing reports, resolving issues with minimal guidance and collaborating with multiple teams, partners and management.

Key responsibilities

Fulfil incoming requests according to established SOPs and SLAs.

Maintain defined quality standards and operational productivity.

Process and manage large amounts of data.

Generate and manage reports.

Resolve operational issues with minimal guidance.

Contribute ideas to improve processes.

Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders on improvement projects.

Follow feedback and guidance to meet quality, productivity and turnaround-time expectations.

Basic qualifications

Bachelor's degree, preferably in Engineering or Business.

At least one year of experience in data-driven business operations, BPO or operations processes.

Advanced computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Office and Excel.

Ability to manage multiple processes while paying close attention to detail.

Strong analytical, logical-reasoning and problem-solving skills.

Fluent written and spoken English, with professional communication skills.

Interest in e-commerce and online business.

Interest in innovation, automation and operational excellence.

Preferred qualifications

Database management and data analysis experience, including SQL querying.

Basic programming knowledge, such as Python, VB, HTML or XML feeds.

Ability to write Excel macros to improve processes.

Knowledge of consumer-product compliance processes and regulations.

Experience in regulatory compliance management with government agencies.
