Central Operations Support Executive

Amazon is hiring a Central Operations Support Executive for its IN External Fulfillment team. The role supports daily seller operations through operational monitoring, data analysis, communication, stakeholder coordination, and process improvement. Responsibilities include monitoring operational metrics, coordinating with field executives, communicating with sellers and internal or external agencies, conducting audits, identifying patterns and disruptions, supporting seller training, and helping implement standard operating procedures. The role supports inbound and outbound operations through voice and non-voice channels. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in a quantitative or technical field and experience using Excel. SQL is preferred. Strong communication, attention to detail, ownership, and problem-solving skills are important.
