Application Support Engineer (.NET) – IIS / Windows / SQL

RekNomics is hiring an Application Support Engineer to support and maintain web applications and application environments running on Windows Server, IIS, SQL Server, and .NET technologies.

Responsibilities

• Support and troubleshoot web applications, APIs, and application environments.
• Deploy, configure, upgrade, and maintain applications hosted on IIS.
• Support .NET application deployments and upgrades.
• Troubleshoot IIS, SQL Server, connectivity, and production issues.
• Manage application releases, patches, fixes, and service requests.
• Troubleshoot SSL certificates, DNS, ports, and network connectivity issues.
• Assist with security hardening and vulnerability remediation.
• Analyze logs and identify root causes of production issues.
• Coordinate with internal teams and customers to resolve technical issues.
• Ensure incidents are resolved within agreed SLAs.
• Provide occasional onsite and after-hours support when required.

Must Have

• 2+ years of experience in Application Support or Production Support.
• Hands-on experience with Windows Server and IIS.
• Experience supporting .NET applications.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of SSL, DNS, networking, and connectivity troubleshooting.
• Understanding of server/application security and vulnerability remediation.
• Basic SQL scripting knowledge.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
