Technical Graduate Trainee

The Technical Graduate Trainee role provides fresh engineering graduates with technical training and practical exposure. The position requires mandatory CCNA or CCNP certification and is based in the office at Noida. Responsibilities

• Participate in the technical training program.
• Apply networking concepts in practical work environments.
• Develop technical and troubleshooting skills.
• Work from the office as required for the role.
• Complete the training period and transition to the post-training role based on applicable requirements.

Software Quality Assurance and testing processes

Problem identification and analysis

Generating alternative solutions

Recommending solutions within defined processes

Task progress documentation

Collaboration with QA teams and software developers

Coordination with vendors, consultants, users, and technical support teams

Understanding of business functions and supporting technologies

Ability to work with moderate guidance

Ability to execute testing procedures

Preferred / Additional Skills

Experience with testing small- to medium-complexity applications

Knowledge of Information Services processes

Understanding of application development and test environments
