Job responsibilities

Perform basic job-role functions under close supervision. Assist experienced employees with entry-level tasks. Communicate professionally through verbal and written communication. Perform basic problem-solving tasks. Monitor and report measurements for the assigned business area, where applicable. Adapt to a real-time corporate environment while transitioning from college to work.

Eligibility and requirements

Fresh graduates graduating in 2026 with at least 60% aggregate.

Technical apprentice qualifications: MCA, MSc IT, BE/BTech in IT, Computer Science, Electronics, or related streams.

Students awaiting final-semester results may be considered if they have no backlogs and can provide a provisional degree certificate at joining.

Strong written and verbal English communication.

Clear expression of ideas, logical and analytical thinking, prioritization, and multitasking.

Willingness to learn, contribute, and grow.

Process-oriented mindset and ability to work in a team.

Basic MS Office knowledge, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, is an advantage.

Technical apprentices should have knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL.

Electronics engineering apprentices may need C/C++/Python, microcontroller or microprocessor basics, power electronics/FPGA knowledge, and familiarity with lab equipment such as DSO and multimeters.
