Apprentice - Oracle EBS

Arrow Electronics is hiring fresh graduates for its one-year Apprentice – Oracle EBS programme in Bengaluru. Apprentices will perform entry-level tasks under close supervision, assist experienced employees, solve basic problems, monitor and report business-area measurements, and develop professional communication and workplace skills.

The Technical Apprentice stream is open to eligible 2026 graduates with an MCA, MSc IT, BE or BTech qualification in IT, Computer Science, Electronics or related eligible streams. Technical candidates should have programming knowledge such as SQL and PL/SQL. Candidates awaiting final-semester results may be referred if they have no backlogs and can provide a provisional degree certificate at joining.

The programme provides on-the-job training, projects and assignments, a monthly stipend of ₹30,000, self medical insurance coverage of ₹5 lakh, accident and life insurance as per policy, and specified annual leave and holiday allowances. Employment conversion is subject to performance and the availability of suitable roles.

• SQL and PL/SQL programming knowledge.

Electronic Engineering Apprentice skills — a separate stream

• C, C++ and Python.
• Basic understanding of microcontrollers, microprocessors, power electronics or FPGA.
• Familiarity with lab equipment such as DSO and multimeters.
