Analyst – Forensic

EY is seeking an Analyst to join its Forensics, Investigations & Compliance team in Noida. The role focuses on background verification (BGV), candidate communication, document validation, and compliance-related activities.

The successful candidate will review and verify candidate documents, cross-check information for accuracy and consistency, contact candidates to obtain required details, and support investigation and compliance processes. The position requires attention to detail, effective communication, and adherence to legal and organizational standards.

Key Responsibilities

Review and validate background verification documents for accuracy and completeness.

Contact candidates directly to collect and verify required information.

Cross-check supporting documents for authenticity, consistency, and discrepancies.

Follow up with candidates regarding missing or incomplete documentation.

Maintain accurate verification records and comply with established procedures.

Support background verification, investigation, and compliance processes.

Communicate clearly with candidates and internal teams to resolve verification issues.

Handle information carefully and follow applicable legal and compliance requirements.

Collaborate with multiple client departments to support timely service delivery.

Required Qualifications

Applicants must hold one of the following qualifications:

Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com).

Bachelor of Arts in English Literature.

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA).

Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA).

Required Experience

Background Verification Operations experience ranging from 0 to 2+ years.
