**Position:** Analyst – National – ASU – Forensics – Investigations & Compliance **Location:** Noida, India

EY's Forensic & Integrity Services team helps organizations protect their financial and business reputations, investigate facts, resolve disputes and manage regulatory challenges. Its work includes compliance programs, governance, controls, organizational culture, data insights and ethical risk management.

### Key responsibilities

• Validate background verification (BGV) documents accurately and in accordance with compliance standards.
• Contact candidates directly by phone to gather and verify required information.
• Review and cross-check supporting documents for completeness, authenticity and consistency.
• Follow investigation and compliance processes within a forensic services environment.
• Communicate clearly with candidates and coordinate document follow-ups.
• Maintain accuracy and attention to detail throughout verification activities.

### Required qualifications

One of the following qualifications is listed

• Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com)
• Bachelor of Arts in English Literature (B.A.)
• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
• Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA)

### Experience

• Background Verification Operations: 0–2+ years.
