• Gather and analyze business and technical requirements.
• Support requirement documentation and technical writing.
• Work with SDLC, Agile, and Scrum methodologies.
• Assist with software testing concepts including functional, regression, and UAT testing.
• Work with SQL and Microsoft Office tools.
• Analyze information and support problem-solving activities.
