Software Engineer

Aviatrix is hiring a Software Engineer for its Bengaluru team to work on cloud networking and network security features for enterprise multi-cloud environments. The role involves designing, developing, testing, and troubleshooting networking systems across AWS, Azure, GCP, and OCI. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement cloud networking features across control-plane and data-plane systems. Build and troubleshoot multi-cloud network topologies. Work with routing protocols such as BGP and policy-based routing. Implement and troubleshoot IPSec/VPN configurations and NAT systems. Develop production-grade networking services and tooling using Python and/or Go. Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests. Debug networking issues using tcpdump, Wireshark, and cloud-native diagnostic tools. Improve telemetry, logging, and alerting for networking and VPN systems. Participate in architecture and code reviews. Document designs and runbooks. Collaborate with senior engineers and mentor junior team members.
