Software Engineer

Syndigo is hiring a Software Engineer for its CES Connections engineering team in Bengaluru. This is an intermediate-level role focused on designing, developing, and testing scalable cloud-native software solutions that power product data integrations. The role involves building data import/export components, developing REST APIs, integrating internal and external systems, implementing data transformations, troubleshooting integrations, and contributing to automated testing and CI/CD. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop and test scalable cloud-native software applications. Build and maintain data import/export components supporting delimited files, Excel, XML, JSON and APIs. Integrate systems using REST APIs, microservices and event-driven messaging. Work with Microsoft Azure services such as Blob Storage, Service Bus and Application Insights. Develop and support secure and performant REST APIs. Implement data mappings and transformation logic. Perform API testing and validation using Postman. Troubleshoot data pipelines, integrations and APIs. Write automated unit and integration tests. Participate in code reviews and follow code quality standards. Collaborate with Product, QA and DevOps teams. Contribute to CI/CD automation, deployment and operations. Work in an Agile environment using Jira and Confluence.
