Software Engineer

Teesta Investment is seeking Software Engineers to build high-performance software for high-frequency trading and global digital asset markets. The role focuses on modern C++ development, low-latency systems, real-time market data processing, trade execution, data structures and algorithms, operating systems, computer architecture, networking, production troubleshooting, and performance optimization. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, test, and maintain high-performance applications using modern C++. - Build components for real-time market data processing and low-latency trade execution. - Apply data structures and algorithms to solve performance-critical problems. - Work with operating system concepts to improve application performance, efficiency, and reliability. - Collaborate with senior engineers, traders, and quantitative researchers. - Participate in code reviews and engineering discussions. - Monitor and troubleshoot production systems to maintain availability and reliability. - Explore new technologies, development tools, and engineering practices to improve performance and productivity.
