Software Engineer, Founder’s Office

About the Role SureBright is looking for a high-agency Software Engineer to work directly with the founders on fast-moving experiments, internal tools, prototypes, growth automations, and website and product initiatives. This is not a traditional engineering role focused only on roadmap tickets. You will help identify opportunities, build first versions, automate workflows, launch experiments quickly, and turn successful ideas into reliable systems. Key Responsibilities • Create automations for sales, marketing, go-to-market, and operations workflows. • Build and maintain websites, landing pages, forms, and conversion flows. • Build experiments, prototypes, and internal tools at high speed. • Develop integrations with CRMs, analytics tools, marketing tools, and internal systems. • Use AI coding tools, especially Claude Code, to accelerate development and shipping. • Help the team test new ideas before they are scaled into core products. • Improve internal workflows through scripts, dashboards, lightweight applications, and agentic automations. • Own projects end-to-end, including scoping, building, shipping, measuring results, and iteration. Examples of Projects • Prototype new D2C purchase or claims experiences. • Launch landing page experiments connected to paid campaigns or outbound sales. • Build internal tools for lead enrichment, outreach workflows, and reporting. • Build AI-powered workflows for customer support, GTM, or internal research. • Maintain and improve company websites and growth-focused product surfaces. • Connect tools such as HubSpot, analytics platforms, email systems, and internal databases. • Strong software engineering fundamentals. • Strong proficiency with Claude Code and AI-assisted development workflows. • Experience building web applications, scripts, automations, and integrations end-to-end. • Comfortable working across frontend and backend development. • Ability to ship prototypes quickly while maintaining good engineering judgment. • Strong problem-solving and communication skills. • Comfortable working directly with founders and non-technical stakeholders. Strong Preference For • Experience in startup environments or founder's office and special projects roles. • Experience with growth engineering, GTM engineering, marketing automation, or internal tools. • Experience building and maintaining websites and landing pages. • Familiarity with modern JavaScript and TypeScript stacks, Python, APIs, automation tools, and cloud deployment. • Experience integrating AI and LLM workflows into real business processes.
