Software Engineer, Founder’s Office

## About SureBright SureBright is building the world's first AI-native, agentic warranty company. We are looking for a high-agency Software Engineer to work directly with the founders on fast-moving experiments, internal tools, prototypes, growth automations, and website/product initiatives. This is not a traditional engineering role where you only pick up tickets from a roadmap. You will help identify opportunities, build scrappy first versions, automate workflows, launch experiments quickly, and turn winning ideas into reliable systems. ## What You'll Do - Create automations for sales, marketing, GTM and operations workflows. - Build and maintain websites, landing pages, forms and conversion flows. - Build experiments, prototypes and internal tools at high speed. - Work on integrations with CRMs, analytics tools, marketing tools and internal systems. - Use AI coding tools, especially Claude Code, to accelerate development and shipping velocity. - Help the team test new ideas quickly before they are scaled into the core product. - Improve internal workflows through scripts, dashboards, lightweight applications and agentic automations. - Own projects end-to-end, including scoping, building, shipping, measuring results and iterating. ## Example Projects - Build a prototype for a new D2C purchase or claims experience. - Launch a landing page experiment tied to paid campaigns or outbound sales. - Create internal tools to automate lead enrichment, outreach workflows or reporting. - Build AI-powered workflows for support, GTM or internal research. - Maintain and improve company websites and growth-focused product surfaces. - Connect tools such as HubSpot, analytics platforms, email systems and internal databases. ## Who You Are - Highly technical, fast and resourceful. - Comfortable with ambiguity and turning rough ideas into working software quickly. - Focused on business outcomes, not just code quality in isolation. - Comfortable working across product, growth, operations and engineering. - Enjoy building from 0 to 1 and shipping without heavy process. - Fluent with modern AI coding tools and able to get real leverage from them. ## What Success Looks Like - You ship quickly and create measurable business impact. - Experiments go live quickly and are properly instrumented. - Internal teams become faster because of the tools and automations you build. - You can take rough ideas and turn them into useful systems without heavy oversight. ## Why This Role Is Exciting - Very high ownership and direct access to the founders. - Broad scope across growth, sales, marketing, GTM, operations and product. - Opportunity to work on real AI-native workflows. - Opportunity to help build a category-defining company in a massive industry. - Your work will directly influence revenue, efficiency and product direction. ## Work Location Gurgaon, India — in-person. ## Employment Type Full-time.

## Requirements - Strong software engineering fundamentals. - Strong proficiency with Claude Code and AI-assisted development workflows. - Experience building web applications, scripts, automations and integrations end-to-end. - Comfortable working across frontend and backend development. - Ability to ship prototypes quickly without losing good engineering judgment. - Strong problem-solving skills. - Strong communication skills. - Comfortable working directly with founders and non-technical stakeholders. ## Strong Preference For - Experience in startup environments. - Experience in founder's office or special projects roles. - Experience with growth engineering. - Experience with GTM engineering. - Experience with marketing automations. - Experience building internal tools. - Experience building and maintaining websites and landing pages. - Familiarity with modern JavaScript/TypeScript stacks. - Experience with Python. - Experience working with APIs. - Experience with automation tools. - Experience with cloud deployment. - Experience integrating AI/LLM workflows into real business processes.
