Software Engineer-Dynamics CRM

Ecolab is seeking a Software Engineer-Dynamics CRM to develop, customize, integrate, troubleshoot, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions. The role focuses on Dynamics 365 CRM/CE development, C# and .NET, JavaScript/TypeScript, Dataverse, Web API integrations, Power Automate, Azure DevOps, Git, SQL Server, and Agile development practices. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE solutions. - Develop plugins and custom workflow activities using C# and .NET. - Build and maintain JavaScript and TypeScript customizations. - Work with Dataverse/Common Data Service and XRM SDK. - Customize forms, views, dashboards, and business rules. - Develop integrations using Web API, REST APIs, and FetchXML. - Build and maintain Power Automate workflows. - Use Azure DevOps and Git for source control and deployments. - Work with SQL Server for data-related activities and troubleshooting. - Troubleshoot and debug CRM application issues. - Manage solutions, customizations, and deployments. - Collaborate with teams using Agile/Scrum methodologies. - Support and maintain CRM solutions in production environments.
