Software Engineer-Dynamics CRM

Ecolab is seeking a Software Engineer-Dynamics CRM to develop, customize, integrate, troubleshoot, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.

The role focuses on Dynamics 365 CRM/CE development, C# and .NET, JavaScript/TypeScript, Dataverse, Web API integrations, Power Automate, Azure DevOps, Git, SQL Server, and Agile development practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE solutions.
• Develop plugins and custom workflow activities using C# and .NET.
• Build and maintain JavaScript and TypeScript customizations.
• Work with Dataverse/Common Data Service and XRM SDK.
• Customize forms, views, dashboards, and business rules.
• Develop integrations using Web API, REST APIs, and FetchXML.
• Build and maintain Power Automate workflows.
• Use Azure DevOps and Git for source control and deployments.
• Work with SQL Server for data-related activities and troubleshooting.
• Troubleshoot and debug CRM application issues.
• Manage solutions, customizations, and deployments.
• Collaborate with teams using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Support and maintain CRM solutions in production environments.
