Software Engineer 1

We are seeking a talented and driven Software Engineer 1 to join the Data Fabric platform team at UiPath. The team is building next-generation distributed data infrastructure that enables seamless data integration, processing, governance, and security at scale. The role focuses on building robust, scalable, high-performance, and maintainable software solutions while delivering exceptional user experiences. Frontend expertise is required, while full-stack experience is highly preferred but not mandatory. The engineer will work on exciting challenges at the intersection of AI, intelligent agents, automation, and modern user interfaces. The role involves developing AI-driven systems, scalable applications, and customer-focused product experiences. Key responsibilities include developing high-quality and well-tested software, building scalable solutions, working with APIs, backend services, and cloud infrastructure, and collaborating with agile engineering teams. The candidate will be expected to take ownership of their work, focus on customer experience, communicate technical ideas and design decisions clearly, and adapt to dynamic environments and changing requirements. The role requires a builder's mindset, strong problem-solving skills, curiosity about AI and intelligent agents, and the ability to turn ideas into usable software quickly. Must-Have Qualifications: - 1–2 years of hands-on experience as a software developer.
