Software Developer

Elements Energy is a climate-tech company developing sustainability solutions across energy, carbon, air and water. The Software Developer will build secure, scalable and high-performance web applications and backend systems using JavaScript, React.js, Next.js, databases and modern application security practices. Responsibilities include developing responsive user interfaces, building REST APIs, implementing backend business logic, designing and optimizing relational databases, applying authentication and authorization, following secure coding practices, debugging production issues, improving application performance, integrating third-party services, and contributing to deployment and CI/CD workflows. Candidates should have hands-on experience with JavaScript, React.js, Next.js, SQL, REST APIs, Node.js and application security. Relevant internships and practical full-stack projects count toward the stated experience criteria.

Education and eligibility

• Demonstrable web application or full-stack projects.
• Problem-solving ability and willingness to learn.
