Senior Manager — Early Career Program, Graduate 2026

Tata Motors is inviting applications for its Early Career Program – Graduate 2026, aimed at B.E., B.Tech., and B.Design graduates from the 2024 and 2025 batches who have 12–24 months of qualifying work experience and are currently employed.

Selected candidates will receive training, mentorship, and hands-on experience across assigned functions, potentially including Data Engineering, Operations, Commercial Sales & Service, Quality, Production and Supply Chain (P&SC), Design, and other functions. The programme offers exposure to manufacturing processes, product development, emerging technologies, and automotive innovation.
