Early Career Program_Graduate 2026

Tata Motors is hiring candidates with 12–24 months of professional work experience, excluding internship/apprenticeship periods, who completed B.E./B.Tech./B.Design in 2024 or 2025. The program covers functions including Data Engineering, Operations, Commercial Sales & Service, Quality, P&SC, Design and other functions, with engineering specializations ranging from AI & ML and Computer Science to Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Cyber Security and Data Science.

AI & ML Automobile Engineering Computer Science Cyber Security Data Science Electrical Electronics Electronics & Communication Electrical & Electronics Mechanical Mechatronics Design Other relevant branches Other Requirements 60% throughout academics B.E./B.Tech./B.Design from AICTE/UGC-approved college/university Graduated in 2024 or 2025 12–24 months of work experience Internship/apprenticeship experience does not count toward the 12–24 months Applicant must be currently employed Must have completed highest education within the stipulated timeframe
