Regional Head - Sales & Operations - Gujarat

Hunarstreet Technologies is hiring a Regional Head - Sales & Operations to lead business growth, regional operations, and sales performance across Gujarat. Responsibilities: - Lead and oversee business operations across the Gujarat region. - Develop and execute regional sales and business development strategies. - Achieve revenue, profitability, and market share targets. - Manage, mentor, and motivate regional sales and operations teams. - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, channel partners, and stakeholders. - Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities. - Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams including HR, Finance, Operations, and Marketing. - Drive regional business expansion and operational excellence.

Must Have: - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field. - 7–10 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Regional Operations. - Experience leading regional sales and operations teams. - Strong business development and revenue growth expertise. - Experience in strategic planning and execution. - Knowledge of P&L management and profitability improvement. - Strong stakeholder and channel partner management skills. - Excellent leadership, communication, and team management abilities. - Ability and willingness to travel extensively within Gujarat. Nice to Have: - MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification. - Experience in commercial machinery or industrial sectors. - Experience handling large regional business operations. - Market expansion and channel development expertise.
