Performance Marketer Manager

MySivi AI Learn English is hiring a Performance Marketer Manager to drive user acquisition and growth through high-performing advertising campaigns. The company is India's first AI tutor focused on helping users improve spoken English, pronunciation, grammar, and fluency. Responsibilities: - Create high-converting ad scripts based on customer personas and creative hypotheses. - Develop video advertisements using AI tools such as Veo3 and other generative AI platforms. - Create and optimize short-form content for Meta, Google, and other performance marketing channels. - Continuously analyze campaign performance and iterate on winning creatives. - Collaborate with founders and growth teams to scale customer acquisition. - Monitor key performance metrics and improve campaign ROI. - Contribute creative strategies that support rapid business growth. - Participate in content creation and appear on camera when required.

Must Have: - 1+ year of experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or creative strategy. - Hands-on experience running campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads. - Strong understanding of short-form content and creative performance marketing. - Ability to analyze campaign data and key marketing metrics. - Experience creating ad creatives and marketing content. - Strong communication and collaboration skills. - High energy, creativity, and problem-solving mindset. Nice to Have: - Experience with AI content creation tools such as Veo3 and other generative AI platforms. - Comfortable appearing on camera for content creation. - Experience in startup or fast-growth environments. - Fluency in Marathi, Kannada, Telugu, or Hindi.
