mthree's Graduate Recruitment Program is designed for graduates and people starting their technology careers. Selected candidates complete 6–12 weeks of Academy training and then may be placed with mthree clients, including investment banks and companies in healthcare, aviation and insurance. Client work can involve designing, building, testing and maintaining scalable applications and supporting systems such as algorithmic trading and regulatory reporting

Required Skills Degree in Computer Science, Technology, or related STEM subject 60% or higher academic aggregate No standing arrears/backlogs

Strong programming skills in one or more of

Java Python C C++ Other programming languages Troubleshooting and debugging Data Structures OOP Design Patterns Multithreading Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Understanding of Test-Driven Development (TDD)
