Marketing & Growth Intern

NThread is an early-stage AI company building products for modern talent and hiring teams. The Marketing & Growth Intern will work closely with the founders on market research, product positioning, messaging, go-to-market strategy, customer outreach, and growth initiatives. Responsibilities: - Research target companies, industries, and customer segments. - Identify decision-makers and buyer personas. - Analyze competitors, industry trends, and HRTech products. - Refine ideal customer profiles and market focus. - Help shape product positioning and messaging. - Support product launches and feature communication. - Create GTM assets including sales decks, case studies, one-pagers, and content. - Build target account lists and research prospects. - Run outbound campaigns through email, LinkedIn, and other channels. - Experiment with messaging and growth strategies. - Track campaign performance and conversion metrics. - Gather customer feedback and convert insights into actionable recommendations.

- No prior GTM or sales experience required. - Interest in startups, AI, SaaS, and technology. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Excellent research and analytical abilities. - Ability to simplify complex ideas into clear messages. - Comfortable speaking with new people and customers. - Strong attention to detail. - Curious, proactive, and eager to learn. - Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment. - Ownership mindset and willingness to experiment.
