LLM Java Developer

Turing is seeking an LLM Java Developer to build high-quality, stable, and scalable backend components and web applications while contributing to next-generation AI dialogue systems. The role focuses on Java backend development, scalable software architecture, web applications, software testing, code reviews, security, and application performance. The developer will collaborate with global engineering teams to build reliable and maintainable software. Key Responsibilities: - Develop scalable backend components using Java. - Build and maintain modern web applications. - Design modular and scalable software architectures. - Write clean, well-organized, secure, and maintainable code. - Participate in code reviews and collaborative development. - Perform software testing and debugging. - Improve application stability and reliability. - Optimize backend performance. - Collaborate with global engineering teams.

Required Skills: - Strong proficiency in Java programming. - Strong understanding of Java syntax and coding conventions. - Experience building scalable backend components. - Experience developing web applications. - Knowledge of modular and scalable software architecture. - Ability to write readable, secure, and stable code. - Experience with software testing and debugging. - Ability to participate in code reviews. - Strong problem-solving skills. - Excellent spoken and written English communication.
