IT Support Engineer Intern

Support the IT Operations team with application installation, updates, and uninstalls across Windows and macOS devices. Troubleshoot common operating-system, application, and connectivity issues, assist with ticket triage and resolution tracking using Freshservice or similar ITSM tools, and support software packaging, deployment, patch management, and compliance checks. Document standard operating procedures (SOPs) and troubleshooting guides, test internal automation workflows using Power Automate or low-code tools, and coordinate ongoing IT projects.
