About the role
1 min readIT internship supporting the IT Operations team with application installation, endpoint troubleshooting and general IT support across Windows and macOS devices. The role also provides exposure to ITSM ticketing, software deployment, documentation, patch management, compliance checks and internal automation workflows using Power Automate and low-code tools.
