IT Service Midrange Apprentice Engineer

Textron is hiring a fresher Apprentice for its IT operations team in Bangalore. The role involves supporting and maintaining midrange systems, monitoring systems and scheduled jobs, performing health checks, assisting with backups, restores, license configuration and patch management, and troubleshooting incidents with senior team members. The position provides exposure to on-premises and cloud servers and storage, with an emphasis on IT operations, documentation, SOPs and compliance.
