Candidates receive Academy training before joining one of mthree's clients, with ongoing support, training, and an online learning plan. About the Role Successful candidates join mthree's Academy for 6–12 weeks of training and, after completing the required assessment, may be placed in a suitable client role. Tech work can involve designing, building, testing, and maintaining scalable applications or custom technology solutions, as well as supporting systems such as algorithmic trading engines and regulatory reporting. Responsibilities • Design, build, test, and maintain scalable and stable applications or custom technology solutions. • Work with global teams on technology and support systems. • Support systems including algorithmic trading engines and regulatory reporting. • Apply software engineering principles to development activities. • Troubleshoot and debug technical issues. • Follow the formal software development lifecycle. • Apply test-driven development practices where applicable.

Required Skills • Degree in Computer Science, Technology, or related STEM subjects. • Academic aggregate of 60% or higher with no standing arrear. • Strong programming skills in Java, Python, C, C++, or other programming languages. • Good troubleshooting and debugging skills. • Solid understanding of software engineering principles. • Knowledge of data structures. • Knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP). • Knowledge of design patterns. • Knowledge of multithreading. • Understanding of the formal Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). • Understanding of Test-Driven Development (TDD). Preferred Skills • Competitive coding experience. • Strong interest in software development and technology. • Programming proficiency in multiple languages. • Interest in technology, banking, and business domains.
