Google Ads Performance Marketer

Dino Ventures is hiring a Google Ads Performance Marketer to manage, optimize, and scale user acquisition campaigns across Google Ads for consumer mobile applications. Responsibilities: - Plan, launch, and optimize app campaigns (UAC/AC) across Google Ads. - Own budget allocation, bidding strategy (tCPA, tROAS, maximize conversions), and daily performance monitoring. - Drive cost-per-install and cost-per-acquisition improvements while scaling campaigns profitably. - Set up and optimize conversion tracking, deep events, and value-based bidding. - Execute creative testing using video, image, and text assets. - Analyze funnel performance from install to retention and monetization. - Generate performance insights and make data-driven optimization decisions. - Collaborate with product and growth teams to improve acquisition outcomes. - Report key campaign metrics and business performance trends.

Must Have: - 0–2 years of experience in Performance Marketing or Digital Marketing. - Hands-on experience with Google Ads App Campaigns (UAC). - Knowledge of Google Ads Editor. - Experience in mobile app performance marketing (iOS and Android). - Understanding of conversion tracking and event optimization. - Experience with Firebase and Google Analytics 4. - Strong analytical skills using Excel/Google Sheets. - Understanding of CPA, CPI, ROAS, and conversion optimization. - Creative testing and performance-focused copywriting skills. Nice to Have: - Knowledge of ASO (App Store Optimization). - Experience with MMP platforms such as AppsFlyer, Adjust, or Branch. - Understanding of SKAN / iOS 14+ measurement. - Experience targeting Tier-2 and Tier-3 India audiences. - Knowledge of SQL or dashboarding tools such as Looker Studio. - Experience scaling app-install campaigns with meaningful budgets.
