Full Stack Engineer

Philips is hiring a Full Stack Engineer for an on-site, full-time role in Bengaluru. The role focuses on developing scalable full-stack applications using either C#/.NET or Java, while also building AI-enabled enterprise solutions. The position combines full-stack software engineering with modern AI application development, including Model Context Protocol (MCP), AI agents, reusable AI skills, orchestration frameworks, AI harnesses, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using C#/.NET or Java. - Build AI-powered solutions aligned with Project Elevate. - Design and implement MCP servers and clients connecting AI models with enterprise tools, APIs, applications, and data sources. - Develop and orchestrate AI agents for reasoning, planning, tool usage, workflow execution, and multi-step task completion. - Create reusable AI skills, tools, prompts, and workflows. - Develop an AI harness for model integration, prompt execution, tool orchestration, evaluation, observability, guardrails, and performance monitoring. - Integrate large language models with enterprise applications and engineering platforms. - Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation solutions using enterprise data. - Develop APIs, microservices, backend services, and responsive user interfaces. - Collaborate with product owners, architects, domain experts, verification teams, and other stakeholders. - Troubleshoot application, integration, model, and agent execution issues.
