Full Stack Developer

InnovKaro Solutions is hiring a Full Stack Developer to join its technology team and contribute to the development, improvement, and maintenance of web platforms and digital products.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain responsive web applications and platform features.
• Work on both frontend and backend components of applications.
• Build and integrate APIs and third-party services.
• Develop clean, scalable, reusable, and maintainable code.
• Work with databases and ensure efficient data management.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve bugs and technical issues.
• Collaborate with product, design, and development teams.
• Convert business and product requirements into technical solutions.
• Participate in testing, debugging, deployment, and application maintenance.
• Follow coding standards, Git practices, and software development best practices.

Must Have

• Strong experience with MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
• Experience with modern frameworks such as Next.js, NestJS, and TypeScript.
• Strong understanding of RESTful API development and backend services.
• Experience with MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL databases.
• Knowledge of AWS cloud services and deployment practices.
• Understanding of data server management and server-side architecture.
• Proficiency with Git and version control workflows.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
