Full Stack Developer I

FedEx is seeking a Full Stack Developer I to contribute to the design, development, and delivery of scalable and high-performing software solutions. The role involves working across both front-end and back-end application development, collaborating with architects and development teams, writing scalable and resilient code, participating in code reviews, ensuring application quality and security, and supporting cross-team development efforts. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with Full Stack Developer Advisors to break down epics into capabilities and business features. - Contribute to solution design and application architecture discussions. - Develop scalable, resilient, and high-performing applications and microservices. - Ensure quality, performance, and security of developed solutions. - Participate in code reviews and follow software development best practices. - Collaborate with multiple development teams and business stakeholders. - Facilitate communication and problem-solving across development groups. - Provide status updates and escalate issues when required. - Support software demonstrations and acceptance activities. - Collaborate with onsite and offshore vendor teams. - Support development leads when required. - Mentor and support junior developers where applicable.
