Full Stack Developer I

FedEx is seeking a Full Stack Developer I to contribute to the design, development, and delivery of scalable and high-performing software solutions.

The role involves working across both front-end and back-end application development, collaborating with architects and development teams, writing scalable and resilient code, participating in code reviews, ensuring application quality and security, and supporting cross-team development efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Full Stack Developer Advisors to break down epics into capabilities and business features.
• Contribute to solution design and application architecture discussions.
• Develop scalable, resilient, and high-performing applications and microservices.
• Ensure quality, performance, and security of developed solutions.
• Participate in code reviews and follow software development best practices.
• Collaborate with multiple development teams and business stakeholders.
• Facilitate communication and problem-solving across development groups.
• Provide status updates and escalate issues when required.
• Support software demonstrations and acceptance activities.
• Collaborate with onsite and offshore vendor teams.
• Support development leads when required.
• Mentor and support junior developers where applicable.
