Frontend Developer

MathCo is hiring a Frontend Developer to build responsive and scalable web applications while collaborating with designers, product managers, QA engineers, and backend developers.

Responsibilities

• Develop responsive user interfaces using React.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement high-fidelity design mockups.
• Ensure application performance, quality, and responsiveness.
• Consume and integrate RESTful APIs into frontend applications.
• Work with backend engineers to integrate frontend and backend components.
• Participate in code reviews and maintain code quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers and QA engineers.
• Write unit tests and conduct testing to ensure application reliability.
• Debug and troubleshoot issues to deliver high-quality software.
• Follow best practices for scalable and maintainable frontend architecture.

Must Have

• 2–4 years of relevant frontend development experience.
• Strong proficiency in React.
• Experience building responsive user interfaces.
• Knowledge of state management solutions such as Redux or Context API.
• Experience consuming and integrating RESTful APIs.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills.
• Understanding of software design patterns and scalable frontend architecture.
• Experience with Git and version control systems.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
