Founding Engineer (React/TypeScript/GenAI) — Part-Time / Remote Indonesia

Simpliview is hiring a Founding Engineer to help build an AI-powered platform that enables business leaders to interact with data using natural language and dynamic visualizations. Responsibilities: - Build conversational user interfaces using React, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS. - Integrate applications with Google Gemini APIs and AI-powered workflows. - Transform complex, unstructured data into actionable business insights. - Develop dynamic dashboards and visualizations using Recharts. - Design and ship production-ready features independently. - Collaborate asynchronously with a distributed team across multiple time zones. - Contribute to both frontend and backend development efforts. - Help scale a fast-growing GenAI SaaS platform.

Must Have: - Professional production-level experience as a Full Stack Developer. - Strong experience with React.js, TypeScript, Next.js, and Tailwind CSS. - Experience with Node.js, Python, PostgreSQL, and SQL. - Experience working with LLMs, RAG systems, embeddings, and AI integrations. - Strong understanding of software architecture and scalable web applications. - Ability to work independently and solve problems without close supervision. - Excellent written and spoken English communication skills. - Ability to commit up to 20 hours per week. Nice to Have: - SaaS product development experience. - Experience with Google Gemini and GenAI applications. - Experience with Recharts or data visualization platforms. - Degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering from a strong institution. - Experience working in distributed remote teams.
