Full Stack Engineer

ClearGrid is hiring a Full Stack Engineer to build high-performance, user-centric applications that combine intuitive frontend experiences with scalable backend systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive frontend applications and backend microservices.
• Architect reusable UI components and scalable backend endpoints.
• Design and optimize relational and NoSQL database schemas and queries.
• Drive features from conception to deployment.
• Implement secure coding practices, authentication, and data protection mechanisms.
• Contribute to DevOps activities including deployment automation, containerization, and monitoring.
• Collaborate with backend engineers, data scientists, and UI/UX designers.
• Participate in code reviews and maintain high engineering standards.
• Communicate technical trade-offs, sprint progress, and project dependencies to stakeholders.

Must Have

• 3+ years of professional full-stack development experience.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience with React.js, Vue.js, or Angular.
• Strong backend development experience with Spring Boot or Python.
• Experience with relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.
• Experience with NoSQL databases such as DynamoDB or MongoDB.
• Experience designing and consuming RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
• Familiarity with Git and version control systems.
• Knowledge of Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work full-time from the Bengaluru office.
