Automation Support Engineer

Responsible for automating defined tasks within managed-service delivery. The role involves implementing automation using programming and scripting, supporting AI/LLM-related initiatives, monitoring processes, troubleshooting minor software bugs, maintaining documentation, improving processes, and coordinating with customers and internal teams.
