AutoCAD Designer

Cyber Infrastructure is hiring an AutoCAD Designer to work with international clients and transform concepts into precise 2D and 3D mechanical and architectural designs. Responsibilities: - Create and manage detailed 2D and 3D models using AutoCAD. - Develop and modify technical drawings, including floor plans, elevations, site layouts, and machine part assemblies. - Convert concept sketches, PDFs, and mark-up drawings into standardized CAD files. - Ensure designs and drawings comply with project specifications and industry standards. - Collaborate with engineers to develop, test, and validate product designs. - Review technical drawings for accuracy, completeness, and drafting standards compliance. - Plan, conceptualize, and create mechanical designs for new products and components. - Support drafting and design tasks using Autodesk Inventor and SolidWorks when required. Must Have: - 0–4 years of professional experience in drafting or design using AutoCAD. - Strong proficiency in 2D drafting and 3D modeling within AutoCAD. - Ability to read and interpret mechanical and architectural technical drawings. - Solid understanding of engineering concepts and design principles. - Excellent attention to detail, precision, and visualization skills. - Good verbal and written communication skills in English. - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering. Nice to Have: - Experience with SolidWorks. - Experience with Autodesk Inventor. - Knowledge of Creo Parametric 3D Modeling. - Experience working on international engineering projects.
