Associate Software Engineer

NIIT is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented fresher to join its development team as an Associate Software Engineer in Gurgaon, Haryana.

The role involves assisting in the design, development, testing, and maintenance of software applications while gaining practical industry experience alongside experienced engineers.

Responsibilities include writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code; collaborating with developers, QA teams, and product managers; participating in code reviews; debugging and troubleshooting technical issues; testing software for responsiveness and efficiency; and contributing ideas to improve systems and processes.

Candidates should hold a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field and have a basic understanding of programming languages such as Java, Python, C++, or JavaScript.

Fresh graduates and candidates with up to one year of experience are encouraged to apply.
