Associate – Financial Services

Bain & Company is seeking an Associate – Financial Services to support financial services consulting projects through research, data analysis, industry analysis, and development of actionable business insights. The role focuses on conducting open-ended research, performing sector and industry scans, analyzing survey data, and developing industry perspectives. The associate will use tools such as Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Alteryx, Tableau, Python, and R to analyze information and communicate findings effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct open-ended research and gather relevant information. - Create industry points of view and sector/industry scans. - Perform survey analytics and data analysis. - Use Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for analysis and presentations. - Work with visualization and analytics tools. - Support financial services research and consulting projects. - Communicate findings, insights, and recommendations clearly. - Collaborate with team members on project deliverables. - Analyze complex information and convert it into meaningful business insights.
