Associate DevOps Support Engineer

Copado is seeking an Associate DevOps Support Engineer to provide technical support for DevOps and SaaS environments, troubleshoot application and integration issues, and support Salesforce-related workflows. The role focuses on troubleshooting APIs, XML, SQL, Git, Salesforce, and cloud-based SaaS applications. The engineer will investigate technical issues, analyze data, communicate with users and technical teams, and document or escalate complex problems. Key Responsibilities: - Provide technical support for DevOps and SaaS platforms. - Troubleshoot application and integration-related issues. - Support Salesforce-related environments and workflows. - Investigate API and XML-related issues. - Use SQL for troubleshooting and data analysis. - Use Git and DevOps tools as part of support activities. - Communicate with users and technical teams to resolve issues. - Document and escalate complex technical problems when required. - Troubleshoot cloud-based SaaS applications and integrations. - Support reliable and efficient DevOps workflows.
