Required Skills
Bachelor’s degree
No more than 5 years between the highest degree completion date and joining date
Must not have enrolled in a prior Government Apprenticeship program
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Willingness to learn and adapt
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Empathy and active listening
Consultative problem-solving
Negotiation and judgment
Customer relationship management
Ability to analyze account and customer information
Ability to follow policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
