Applied AI Engineer

Design, build, evaluate, deploy, and scale AI systems for enterprise customers. The role combines hands-on software engineering, AI architecture, evaluation systems, complex integrations, debugging, production readiness, and customer collaboration. The engineer will take AI use cases from initial discovery and prototyping through production launch, sustained adoption, and measurable business impact while considering reliability, latency, cost, safety, security, privacy, governance, and observability.

Required Skills

Demonstrated experience designing, building, and delivering AI or machine-learning systems in enterprise environments

Experience taking AI systems from prototype to production

Strong Python proficiency

Hands-on coding, debugging, architecture, evaluation, or production engineering

AI system evaluation using representative data, graders, production signals, and human judgment
