AI Engineer

Beacon.li is hiring an AI Engineer for an on-site, full-time role in Hyderabad. The position focuses on designing and deploying AI agents and tools in production environments, working directly with customers to solve practical problems and turning customer-specific solutions into scalable agent frameworks and reusable tooling.

The role involves building AI agents that execute multi-step workflows reliably, orchestrating agents across tools and APIs, developing systems to validate and operate AI systems, managing large and evolving context, and deploying AI solutions into production.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build AI agents that execute multi-step workflows reliably.
• Orchestrate agents across tools, APIs, and human-in-the-loop workflows.
• Convert customer-specific logic into reusable agent primitives.
• Build internal and customer-facing tools to operate, debug, and control agents.
• Develop systems for validation, review, manual intervention, and overrides.
• Make AI behavior inspectable and predictable.
• Design strategies for managing large and evolving context.
• Decide what information to retrieve, summarize, compress, or discard.
• Optimise AI systems for accuracy, latency, and cost.
• Work directly with customers to understand real-world constraints.
• Deploy AI systems into production and iterate quickly.
• Feed customer learnings back into product and platform design.
