AI Engineer

Beacon.li is hiring an AI Engineer for an on-site, full-time role in Hyderabad. The position focuses on designing and deploying AI agents and tools in production environments, working directly with customers to solve practical problems and turning customer-specific solutions into scalable agent frameworks and reusable tooling. The role involves building AI agents that execute multi-step workflows reliably, orchestrating agents across tools and APIs, developing systems to validate and operate AI systems, managing large and evolving context, and deploying AI solutions into production. Key Responsibilities: - Design and build AI agents that execute multi-step workflows reliably. - Orchestrate agents across tools, APIs, and human-in-the-loop workflows. - Convert customer-specific logic into reusable agent primitives. - Build internal and customer-facing tools to operate, debug, and control agents. - Develop systems for validation, review, manual intervention, and overrides. - Make AI behavior inspectable and predictable. - Design strategies for managing large and evolving context. - Decide what information to retrieve, summarize, compress, or discard. - Optimise AI systems for accuracy, latency, and cost. - Work directly with customers to understand real-world constraints. - Deploy AI systems into production and iterate quickly. - Feed customer learnings back into product and platform design.
