• REQUIREMENTS

Required skills and qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field.

Strong Python programming skills.

Experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow.

Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and fine-tuning.

Exposure to Agentic AI and multi-agent systems.

Experience with distributed systems and large-scale data processing.

Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.

Preferred / additional skills

WatsonX, LangChain, AutoGen, or LangGraph.

Cloud exposure: IBM Cloud, AWS, GCP, or Azure.

Open-source contributions.

Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and vector databases.

AI safety, alignment, and ethical AI.
