Accounts Executive

We are looking for an Accounts Executive to manage daily financial operations and ensure accurate accounting records.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities
• Process vendor invoices and payments
• Handle accounts payable and receivable
• Reconcile bank statements and financial records
• Manage GST and TDS compliance
• Prepare monthly financial reports and MIS
• Coordinate with auditors and tax consultants
• Assist with payroll processing
• Maintain accurate documentation of financial transactions
• Support budgeting and cash flow management

This role is ideal for candidates who are detail-oriented, organized, and looking to grow their career in finance and accounting.

• B.Com, M.Com, CA Inter, or related qualification
• 1-3 years of accounting experience
• Knowledge of GST and TDS regulations
• Experience with Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or similar software
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Understanding of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication skills
